What it’s Not!
“It all begins with an idea” (as written on Squarespace) or an experience.
This is true because the ideas usually arrive from experiences in a person’s life, either positively or negatively.
Some of my past experiences involved negative treatment by immediate family members during my childhood and as I grew into adulthood. Over time, each of us individually recognized, learned from, and developed an understanding of our mistakes. Although much of this personal growth occurred in adulthood, I am grateful that we have all acknowledged our personal issues and have worked through them together.
During my formative years, from ages 6 to 14, with particular emphasis on the pivotal ages of 9 to 11, my development was slightly hindered. I remained somewhat naive in many areas and, in a minor sense, a bit “sheltered” until I turned 14. My past experiences caused me to be reserved around others, except for my immediate family; however, at that time, healthy discussions were not part of my family’s communication style.
Writing became my primary mode of self-expression once I left my parents' home. This process helped me recognize and understand the diversity of others. Breaking out of my silence shell made life enjoyable. Eventually, I published my works via copyright.gov and began writing in my blog. However, this new phase took a mysterious turn that was neither comfortable nor pleasant for me.
I would like to clarify that Color...We All Connect and We All Connect, my children's book and poem, are not associated with the "Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion" (DEI) practices that have been widely implemented in society. It is essential to examine each definition and analyze the importance of defining these acts in comparison to their respective definitions.
First, there is Equity. The beginning of the definitions is, “the quality of” and “the value of” equity.
Second, the word Inclusion is questionable in the practices of the current DEI agenda. After examining the definition of the DEI practice on the Bing search engine, this is the defined result, “DEI is a conceptual framework that promotes the fair treatment and full participation of all people, especially populations that have historically been underrepresented or subject to discrimination because of their background, identity, disability, etc.” The portion of “especially populations that have historically been underrepresented or subject to discrimination” is the issue with the majority of the acclaimed “fair treatment” regarding this absurd narrative being thrust onto the global population.
Third, Diversity is a duh! Every country globally has their own culture, language, and mindsets, along with faiths. The similarities would be along the line of faith, where some countries agree in their faith. Some mindsets are also shared, along foods and holiday traditions. However, every country has their flags, and specific identities to their own country, and to dismantle or dissimulate them is a violation of human and civil rights to every person of their country.
I strongly disagree with the practices and methods currently being employed, especially considering that the authors of the narrative and agenda utilized my works to compile their misguided mission and ultimately harm humanity. Individuals in political, business, educational, and influential power positions have taken advantage of vulnerable people, families, communities, and individuals without considering the repercussions. Their narrative and agenda have taken precedence over the life or relationships of any participant within any aspect of the so-called DEI practices. This constitutes a gross violation of the human and civil rights of every person involved, whether voluntarily or involuntarily.
Inclusion, by definition, is the act or practice of including people. However, the issue lies in the fact that the authors of the DEI organizational framework have been imposing their practices on all individuals without regard for convictions, retributions, or potential harm. These practices have forced individuals to accept, for example, pedophiles as mentally and emotionally healthy individuals, which they are not in any manner. This approach demonstrates a profound disregard for the well-being and safety of society.
The authors of the organizational framework have rebranded pedophiles as "Minor Attracted People," despite the fact that pedophiles are mentally unstable, mentally inappropriate, and mentally distorted in their mannerisms both publicly and privately. Their behaviors in relationships and social gatherings are detrimental not only to others but also to themselves. This issue is not about inclusion, fairness, or fair treatment of others; it is about the inappropriateness of these behaviors being forced upon populations everywhere, requiring acceptance as "normal" and "okay" behaviors.
Resistance to these practices is extremely high among many age groups and communities. However, this resistance has resulted in children suffering in terms of mental and emotional constraints and development. The purposeful pause in development is a hindrance to the mind and being of the individual, effectively stunting psychological growth and development. This will have a negative long-term effect as these children grow into adulthood.
Another factor to breakdown in the definition of this organizational framework is the “conceptual” part. Where is the concept of forcing others supposed to fit in this framework of Inclusion, and how is this part of the supposed concept? How does this workout for everyone, willing or unwilling participants? The entire theory, as there is no certain definition of concept within this DEI practice (concept being the root word of conceptual), other than this being fabricated to sound and appear healthy for all participants (willing or unwilling), are being forced to accept unhealthy, unstable, and insane practices of wealthy people in positions of power.
Being compelled to participate in or be involved with any activity is unacceptable and should not be misconstrued as acts of inclusion or equity, especially when these practices are being imposed on society globally. Such coercion is psychologically disruptive, impractical, and abusive. It constitutes manipulation, deception, and division.
The DEI practices, as currently implemented, are neither functional nor practical. They violate the human conscience at every level, from infancy to adulthood. There is nothing acceptable about being forced to accept individuals who are being justly discriminated against. This raises important questions about fair treatment and fairness within the DEI narrative and agenda.
Color…We All Connect, my children’s book is in no way, shape, or form part of the DEI framework; whatsoever! My poem, We All Connect, likewise, is not part of the DEI framework. My works are written to edify, uplift, encourage, build, revive, and cause people to thrive in a healthy, functional, pragmatic way of living. Nothing about the DEI abusiveness is respectful to the human conscious, nor to the mental or emotional status of any aged human. There is nothing pragmatic about the DEI agenda and narrative being forced upon society globally.
I refuse to allow my works to be considered, even in a minor thought, as being part of the DEI agenda or narrative.
Unity in Diversity comes from true respect of the human BEING. The Being is the conscious, the mind, the spirit, the emotion, and the physical body of a person. It doesn’t matter from where a person is born or their financial status. If a person respects others consciously and subconsciously, in all manners, without force, that in itself —within them, is Unity in Diversity. There is a manner of proper reciprocal respect, not a forced “respect” as has been portrayed.
I will not allow my works to be part of the forced illegal migrant invasion into USA, as an example, for civilians to behave with those who are abusing our nations kindnesses. I will not have the attitude or character of Unity in Diversity with illegal migrants who are within USA. These people are not asylum seekers, whatsoever. That is a loophole being abused within our laws, to aid a horrible and vile corrupt group of people who want to destroy Americans as a whole.
Color…We All Connect and We All Connect, were written from my experiences with people from other countries, and I have lived my life being friendly, kind, and welcoming to all races or nationalities, if those I encountered were within my country legally, and even if not, and the persons were illegal, and I was unaware, my kindness was always there.
On the flipside, my experiences when I traveled the world was to respect any country I entered, and to adhere to their country’s mannerisms and cultural practices (if it didn’t violate my own), but this isn’t what is being practiced currently within USA. This is obvious and apparent, and I am writing right now, voicing my opinion in opposition of the unacceptable practices.
In conclusion and to clarify, one more time, my works are in no way part of the DEI forced agenda or narrative. My current plan is to work in opposition of DEI in every way, and to overcome their abuse of me and my works. Since my publication in 2014, the corrupt authors of the DEI agenda have been attempting to destroy me in order for their evil plans to be accomplished; well, it’s an epic failure on their part.
Enough is Enough and It’s over for DEI.
PERIOD,
